What are Porcelain Veneers?

These are thin shells of porcelain that your dentist bonds to the front surfaces of your teeth. You may mask any defects with them, such as discolorations, odd shapes, dents, and gaps. These are stain-resistant and may look bright for over a decade.

Your doctor must shave down a tiny part of your enamel to make room for the veneers, take a mold, and create them. It takes about two weeks for them to be ready, and you will wear temporary ones in the meantime.

Porcelain veneers last up to 15 years with proper care; however, teeth whitening is not effective in them either.
